1. Client Representation Services: Standard per hour Rate or Subscription per hour Rate

    - Client Representation in USA/EU/INDIA/CHINA/ASIA Sales Side &/or Supply Side

    - Business Development Services & Activities

    - Representing/supporting suppliers to help them grow business in other regions/markets. 

 

      Activities such as: potential new customer cold calls, customer visits, client/customer visit/travel hosting & meetings to collaborate,          discuss & develop opportunities, proposal/quote development, participation in exhibitions/shows on behave of client, etc. any         

      activities required to help client/customer secure POs to grow the clients/customers business top/bottom line.

 

2. Manufacturing/Quality Systems & Cost Improvement Services: Standard per hour Rate or Subscription per hour Rate
    - Supplier Assessments/Audits

    - Manufacturing Process Assessments and Improvements for safety, quality, through-put, out-put, etc.
    - Problem Solving (8D) & Corrective Action Development and Implementation
    - Triage Issue Investigation & Resolution Management
    - Supplier Performance Improvement Strategies and Services

    - Quality Systems Improvement Strategies and Services
    - Delivery and Quality PPM and Incident Reduction
    - VA/VE Cost Savings Identification, Assessment and Implementation Services

    - APQP/PPAP Services

      Providing Training, Process & Project Development & Execution Management


3. Part/Material Qualification Management Services: Standard per hour Rate or Subscription per hour Rate

    - Assist in Product Development needs

    - Onsite PPAP Support & Approval –

      Can provide support for part approval at the source or customer, providing evidence such as videos, photos and live                         

      witness/streaming, etc.
    - Part Inspection/Sorting Services –
      For the critical situations requiring inspection/sorting or firewall intervention at the supplier or customer.

4. Supply Chain Sourcing Services: Project-based Pricing, request consultation session for a quote
   - Tooling, Material and Product Sourcing -
     Assisting OEMs/Customers find the Right source(s) in Low-Cost Region (LCR) / Best Cost Country (BCC) for cost savings,

     better quality and reliable supply.

     

​5. Warehousing Services: Project-based Pricing, request consultation session for a quote
   - Product/Material warehousing services in USA/MX for LCR/BCC suppliers; with order fulfillment to customer demands/requirements       
  and inspection/sorting, etc. capabilities including bonded warehousing if needed.

Our Simple Six-Step Process:

01. Contact us for a Service Review or Need Consultation (Client can schedule on-line or be contacted within 24 hours for         

      scheduling)

 

02. If your ready, Book Your Services On-Line (Your On-Line Services Subscription Account is created)

 

03. When you have a need, Complete an On-line Service Request (You will be contacted within 24 hours)

 

04. Your Service Request is reviewed, a Due Diligence Session is scheduled with you (Client), a Statement of Work (SOW) is 

      developed and Sign-off by you (Client), afterwards your project is Prioritized for execution

 

05. Your Service Need is planned and executed to the SOW; schedule, expectations/results, then project is Signed-off as

      Completed

 

06. Your Booked On-Line Services Account is debited and charged as services and or activities are Rendered Complete!

Key Points:

1. Project Management and Live Dashboard Status included as part of our standard services provided

2. Subscription Rates are pre-purchased Services with reduced cost and receive priority scheduling

 

3. Standard Rates are for Non-subscription purchased Services (higher service rates)

 

4. Subscription Package Clients are eligible for volume discounts in the form of Free Service Hours

 

5. Both Subscription Package and Non-subscription Clients will be billed 25% upon Service Request SOW acceptance and 

    weekly or monthly per SOW as Service Project services are Rendered and Signed-off Completed!

 

6. Normal/traditional travel expenses will be submitted and charged to client as Services are Rendered or per SOW.
